Responses submitted through the Transformation Guidepost are used by Mount Vernon Ventures solely for research and to deliver your personalized results. We use what you share to identify patterns, refine the tool, and deepen our understanding of the people and organizations we serve.

Mount Vernon Ventures uses a small number of trusted third-party services to operate the Transformation Guidepost. We share only what those services need to do their job, and never more:
- Our website hosting provider stores your submission securely on our servers as the source-of-truth record.
- Gravity Forms processes your responses when you complete the assessment.
- Zapier and Google Sheets let our team keep an organized internal record of submissions so we can follow up with you and analyze patterns across responses.
- Standard email delivery services send you the message containing your secure results link.
Each of these services has its own privacy commitments and complies with applicable data protection regulations. We do not authorize them to use your information for any purpose beyond providing the service.
Your choices
Participation in the Transformation Guidepost is voluntary. You can stop at any time, and you can ask us to remove the information you’ve provided. If you’d like a copy of what we hold about you, or want it corrected or deleted, just reach out and we’ll take care of it.
